Once an order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details.
Evren Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (in case of suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or payment failure).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability.
Evren Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or natural events.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

A replacement is eligible only if:

The product was damaged or leaking upon arrival, or
You received the wrong product, or
Any item is missing from your order.

To raise a claim, email us at praptvedanaturals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos/videos of the issue.

In case of a wrong, damaged, or missing item, only a replacement product will be provided. No refund will be provided.
