Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Order Cancellation by Evren Store

Evren Store reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Payment could not be verified.
• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update:

• Contact Number
• Customer Name
