Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our personal care products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been:

• Opened
• Used
• Damaged due to customer handling

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only if:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product was leaking upon delivery.
• You received an incorrect product.
• Any item was missing from your order.

How to Request a Replacement

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
• Description of the problem

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Your order was cancelled by Evren Store.
• The ordered product is permanently out of stock after payment.
• A duplicate payment was successfully charged.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products purchased during promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
